Ordering Information:  

PLACE AN ORDER on-line anywhere in the world. Payment shall be made before orders are final.

Visa & Mastercard credit cards are accepted with payments being processed in real time via the secure Stripe system or PayPal Checkout with pay in 4 option.

Direct Deposit & PayPal payments are also accepted.

NDIS Orders are accepted via our website. Use your NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) account to pay for your order.  Please include your NDIS account number in the 'message to us' when checking out and we will include it on the invoice we send to you (or your plan manager) so you can claim through your NDIS.  Note goods will be sent once we receive payment.

Gift Vouchers will be emailed to you as soon as payment has been processed.

Shipping Method in Australia:

Greater Hobart Suburbs listed on the Checkout page are delivered by a local courier with FREE Freight on orders $100 and over.  All deliveries will be left in a safe place at the customers own risk if you are not home.  Please type any special delivery instructions of where you would like your delivery left in the notice to us when checking out.  No PO Box deliveries with this freight option.

All Express orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post, Startrack or other couriers depending on your location.  Pad/nappy orders are generally sent in 1-4  working days, other small items if ordered with pads/nappies will be placed with the pads/nappies where possible, or posted separately.   

Note: Startrack Air Express are now charging extra for attempted deliveries if you are not home to sign for the delivery, they will leave a card and take your order to the nearest Post Office for you to collect.  To avoid this charge you can select the Express freight option with 'LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORITY", but note that the goods will be left at your own risk as there is no proof of delivery, only proof that we sent it.  Please type any special delivery instructions of where you would like your delivery left in the notice to us when checking out

We also offer economical ROAD FREIGHT for orders over 5kg only to Metro areas in QLD (major cities) NSW (major Cities), ACT (Canberra) and VIC (major Cities), Perth and SA (major cities) and TAS (major Cities).  A street address will be required for these.  All road freight will be sent with 'LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORITY', please indicate in the notice to us where you would like your order left.  If you do not want your order left at your risk if you are not home, then please select 'Express Freight with No Leave Without Authority'.

Bulk orders of uPads can be sent Discount Freight to any address Australia Wide including PO Boxes if you order through our bulk order website HERE

Small postal orders (up to 3kg) will be sent by Australia Post Express Satchel so they are track-able.

Please note our updated Terms in regard to no returns or exchange of disposable pads and nappies.

INTERNATIONAL. We ship garment orders to all locations Worldwide. Bulky disposable pad/nappy orders are generally too expensive for international shipping so we do not offer shipping outside Australia for these.  If you choose to order bulky pads/nappies for international destinations, then we will inform you of any additional postage based on your country requirements if any and we'll have you approved and pay for it before we ship your packages.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE may vary with the products you order. We endeavor to process and send orders within 1 to 2 working days.  If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you by email.

Customer Service & Return Policy: Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for an exchange or refund.  Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned.  Items must be returned in the original package.  Postage charges are not refundable.

Please note that no returns or exchange of disposable pads or nappies can be accepted for hygienic reasons.
