Ordering Information:

Select 'Details on File' if you have ordered before or if you have problems entering your card details, then phone or fax your card details separately.

Shipping Method:

DOMESTIC. All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post or Australia Air Express. We also ship Airfreight to PO Boxes. Weenees Pad orders are generally sent Express by Australia Air Express (1-3 days), other items if ordered with pads will be placed in the cartons of pads where possible.  Bulk orders of pads will be sent by road (allow up to 5 days).

Note: Please provide us with a 'LEAVE WITHOUT AUTHORITY" by typing this into 'Your notice to us' window when checking out.  If you do not provide this or it is not safe to provide this for your area (we can take no responsibility for lost goods if your delivery goes missing where a Leave without authority is given), then Airfreight orders will be sent direct to your local Post Office.  We will notify you by email of where and when your order has been sent, as direct to Post Office order will not be carded.  You will have up to 1 month to collect the order.  Please take photo ID with you to collect it. 

Small postal orders still go through Australia Post who will card items too big to leave.

We now offer economical ROAD FREIGHT for bulk orders over 5kg to Metro areas in QLD (major cities) NSW (major Cities), ACT (Canberra) and VIC (major Cities), Perth and SA (major cities).  A street address will be required for these.

INTERNATIONAL. We ship to all locations Worldwide. Each package has a maximum weight of 16kg and size limit (2 parcels containing 4 cartons of Weenees pads each, i.e. a maximum of 8 cartons of pads per mailing order), if more than 8 cartons are placed on the one order we will inform you of any additional postage based on your country requirements if any and we'll have you approved it before we ship your packages.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE may vary with the products you order. We endeavour to process and send orders within 1 to 2 working days.  If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you by email.

Customer Service & Return Policy: Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with an item, return it, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for an exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original package (just the bag or box the item is in, not the mailing carton.) Postage charges are not refundable.

Please note that no returns or exchange of disposable pads or nappies can be accepted for hygienic reasons.
