The Velcro belt is a stretchy item and will survive hundreds of washes if rolled up on itself. This will also stop the belt catching on other washing items. With extended use or with pot belly tummies, the belts may begin to curl. By rolling and then washing, the fabric will soften back to its original flat state. Wash in hot or cold water using regular washing detergent or soapy water.
